There is no WiFi in that chain, only ethernet, so response is virtually instantaneous. I use VNC on the PC inside to directly connect to the ethernet IP for the outside scope. It is wired directly to my whole house ethernet cable system via various hubs and cables.

I have a PC in the dining room that just sits inside from the patio area where the scope is located. It has an ethernet cable attached that comes into my home network. What I have today is a miniPC that sits at the scope. Station mode does a number of things, but have not seen any that talk about an ethernet to ethernet option. There are lots of different videos on YouTube and other places that talk about station mode. It covers different ways of using WiFi to connect, which seems to always use a wireless part, which is slower. It covers a lot of things, however it never said anything about ethernet to ethernet connection. The video below is about the clearest description of how to do this, check it out and reply if you have any additional questions. In order to connect to your windows pc via bluestacks/asiair app, you need to reconfigure your asiair to use wifi 'station mode' which is connecting the asiair to your home network so your windows pc can see/have access to it and also allow your mobile devices to connect using your home wifi you giving substantially greater range and reliability. Your screen shots suggest you are connecting directly to your asiair via its default 'hotspot' wifi config.
